SilverSneakers is a program for retirees and individuals with Medicare Advantage. Each person would first be examined by a physical therapist and then they would have access to our facility. Professional Rehab Associates can design an individual program and over time would offer classes as interest increases.
Our enrollment is through Tivity Health and they also offer Prime Fitness which is a similar commercial program offered through health plans which enables access to our facility with proper physical therapist clearance and exercise prescription.
